I recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience with Angel at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Angel greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. She was polite, professional, and very helpful in answering my questions about the hotel and nearby places to visit. What stood out most was her patience and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable during my stay. Angel’s excellent customer service truly made a positive difference, and I appreciate her efforts. She is a real asset to the hotel.

had a great experience staying at Best Western I‑5 Inn & Suites. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. What really stood out was the complimentary breakfast—fresh, tasty, and way better than I expected! It’s conveniently located right off the highway, which made it perfect for a stopover. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

Convenient , fast , very personable , and ... they still accept cash. 50$ deposit . Plus they find rates if you ask that match most travel sites. Breakfast was good aswell , lots to choose from. If Chan is working ask for her help.She'll hook you up. Update On my review came here to get a room didn't end up getting it. But Shan was very helpful. He went out of his way to find the best rate and was very understanding. And even allowed me to sit and wait for my ride.Who eventually did come and bring me back home?But other than that, still a very much five star establishment.If you want comfort cleanliness, convenience and breakfast, all for the right price.Come on down to best western in flag city

It was a vacation with my family and it was such a nice stay the staff at the front desk went out of their way to make all the guests comfortable and breakfast was also very nice

I stayed here for work during April-July of 2025 and found the staff to be wonderful and accommodating. The rooms are quite spacious with a fridge and microwave. The rooms are also very clean and house keeping does a great job. The taco truck (Reyes) behind the the hotel is a must try and quick walk.

I stayed at the Best Western recently, and I really want to appreciate Angel for her amazing service. She was super friendly, kind, and always had a smile on her face. From check-in to checkout, she made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s not easy to find people who genuinely care about guests, but Angel truly does. She made my stay feel special and welcoming. I honestly think she’s one of the reasons this hotel stands out. Thank you, Angel, for making my experience so pleasant — you’re awesome!

This location is excellent for travelers. It’s right off of interstate 530 miles south of Sacramento. The rooms are very well appointed very comfortable beds and pillows. And the staff is outstanding. I will be back again when I come through this way.

This is a no fuss hotel. The reception folks were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was fine, but if you want something, more robust there are plenty of options nearby or within a 5-10 minute drive. The room I had was nice, spacious, and clean, but there were a few issues in my specific room. The toilet ran the whole time, one of the complimentary shower dispensers was knocked off the wall and sitting on the ledge and one of the dispensers was completely empty. It was weird because they make it known that the toilet is sanitized, but did not check the quality of the shower situation or complimentary amenities. I reported the toilet issue and the dispenser issue right away but refused service for fixing either because I didn't have time to wait for the service and didn't want anyone in the room without me present. Also, the phone was plugged into the wall but didn't work. The location is conveniently located near the freeway, but in an area where you probably need to have a reason to be there for the night vs a destination place you would frequently travel to. I think that it was nice that they had a lift that went to their underground parking, but your room key would not get you back into the lift from the garage, so you might be better off using their ample parking lot instead. I think it was little pricey given the time of year and overall quality, but I would stay again if needed, and hopefully not have a running toilet.
